Cancellation and Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alaa Hamida, Mira Markt Hilden, Warrington-Platz 26, 40721 Hilden, phone: +49 157 55339673, email: info@mirahilden.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us, or hand them over at our shop (Warrington-Platz 26, 40721 Hilden), without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded (e.g. fresh meat, fresh cheese, baked goods and other fresh products).

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. opened food packaging).
