Shipping and Delivery

All prices exclude the delivery or shipping costs listed below. We deliver within Germany only.

Free shipping on orders from €69 – throughout Germany, for all delivery areas.

1. Store pickup – free

You can pick up your order free of charge at our store: Warrington-Platz 26, 40721 Hilden. Your order is usually ready for pickup within 24 hours. You will receive a notification as soon as it is ready.

2. Local delivery in Hilden – €1.99 (free from €35)

Within Hilden (postal codes 40721, 40723, 40724) we deliver your order ourselves. The delivery fee is €1.99; orders from €35 are delivered free of charge. We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to arrange a delivery time.

3. Local delivery to the surrounding area (Haan, Solingen, Düsseldorf) – €4.99 (free from €69)

In Haan, Solingen and Düsseldorf we deliver your order ourselves. The delivery fee is €4.99; orders from €69 are delivered free of charge. We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to arrange a delivery time.

4. Standard shipping (2–3 days) – €6.99 (free from €69)

For all other locations in Germany we ship with a parcel carrier. Shipping costs €6.99; orders from €69 ship free. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after payment or order confirmation.

Note on fresh and chilled food

Fresh and refrigerated products (e.g. meat and certain cheeses) are only available for store pickup or local delivery to maintain the cold chain.
